There are some fabulous ideas for creative ways to engage with God and one another even while we have to stay apart.

Messy Church have a brilliant resource available for exploring the events of Holy Week at home CLICK HERE

The Reflectionary is an interesting site that is doing some "together apart" materials really aimed at ALL ages. This week they are focused on Psalm 23 - click on the pdf to download the resources for home worship. CLICK HERE

Prayer Spaces in Schools have produced a great couple of resource sheets for everyday prayers to use at home whilst we are in this national crisis. CLICK HERE

Faith and Worship website: a great website by John Birch to find prayers and simple services. CLICK HERE He also has a separate prayer memes website with some great images. CLICK HERE

The Methodist Church have also produced some really good prayers for use at this time. CLICK HERE

Apps for your smartphone

YouVersion Bible App: a fantastic resource with numerous Bible translations, hundreds of devotional plans, search facilities, verse of the day and many other features.

Bible Lens: a new app that takes your photos, assesses the content and suggests an appropriate Bible verse, living you with a professional image you can share on social media.

Pray as you go: a daily prayer resource based on the Ignatian approach to spirituality. It is a 10-13 minute mix of Scripture, music and questions for reflection.

LECTIO 365 is a daily devotional resource that helps you pray the Bible every day. It is produced by leaders in the 24-7 movement in conjunction with CWR, and comes highly recommended by several church members.
