Welcome to our New Vicar! 

We are delighted to announce that Rev James Hanson will be joining us as our new vicar here in Burpham.
 

James Hanson's message : …..

 “Jenny, I and the girls are overjoyed to be joining this wonderful community in the coming months – we can’t wait. God has been speaking so richly to us about Burpham over many months, and the opportunities to be partners in the Gospel here. During the visits and interview process, Jenny and I were hosted by many members of the church on the Monday, and we both felt a very joyful connection with everyone we met. There was a really exciting sense of that being a family meal, and we longed for more time to continue those conversations, listen to stories and build those relationships – and we will. We wanted to say a huge thank you not just for that visit day but for all you are doing in this season. We are praying deeply for you all and so look forward to getting to know you and encourage you as we arrive.”
